§3 Collection of personal data when using our app
(1) When downloading the app, the required information is transferred to the respective app store, i.e. in particular username, email address and customer number of your account, time of download, payment information and the individual device identification number. We have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. We process the data only insofar as it is necessary for downloading the app to your end device.
(2) The app itself does not collect or process any personal data beyond this.
(3) The app does not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics. It can be used without access to the Internet after installation.
(4) At some points in the app, we link to our website or to the respective app store. An existing Internet connection is required to visit the linked pages. Personal data is collected when you visit these pages. In the case of merely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we automatically collect only those personal data that your browser transmits to our server. (5) The app may offer the option for in-app purchases. If you use this option, further communication with the respective platform provider and thus access to the Internet is required. In the process, the platform provider collects data over which we have no control and for which we are not responsible. §3 Erhebung personenbezogener Daten bei der Nutzung unserer App
(1) Beim Herunterladen der App werden die erforderlichen Informationen an den jeweiligen App Store übertragen, also insbesondere Nutzername, E-Mail-Adresse und Kundennummer Ihres Accounts, Zeitpunkt des Downloads, Zahlungsinformationen und die individuelle Gerätekennziffer. Auf diese Datenerhebung haben wir keinen Einfluss und sind nicht dafür verantwortlich. Wir verarbeiten die Daten nur, soweit es für das Herunterladen der App auf Ihr Endgerät notwendig ist.
(2) Die App selbst erhebt und verarbeitet darüber hinaus keinerlei personenbezogenen Daten.
(3) Die App nutzt keine Analyse-Tools wie zum Beispiel Google Analytics. Sie kann nach der Installation ohne Zugriff auf das Internet verwendet werden.
(4) An einigen Stellen in der App verlinken wir auf unsere Website oder in den jeweiligen App Store. Für den Besuch der verlinkten Seiten ist eine bestehende Internetverbindung erforderlich. Beim Besuch dieser Seiten werden personenbezogene Daten erhoben. Bei der bloß informatorischen Nutzung der Webseite, also wenn Sie sich nicht registrieren oder uns anderweitig Informationen übermitteln, erheben wir automatisch nur diejenigen personenbezogenen Daten, die Ihr Browser an unseren Server übermittelt. (5) Die App bietet ggf. die Möglichkeit für In-App-Käufe. Wenn Sie diese Möglichkeit nutzen, ist eine weitere Kommunikation mit dem jeweiligen Plattform-Anbieter und damit auch Zugriff auf das Internet erforderlich. Dabei erfolgt durch den Plattform-Anbieter eine Datenerhebung auf die wir keinen Einfluss haben und für die wir nicht verantwortlich sind. Sofern sich die App ausschließlich an Kinder richtet, ist der Zugang zu eventuellen In-App-Käufen in der App durch eine Sicherheitsabfrage (Parental Gate) geschützt.
