§1 Information on the Collection of Personal Data

(1) In the following, we inform you about the collection of personal data when using this app. Personal data is any data that allows conclusions to be drawn about your person. Personal data includes, for example, name, address, e-mail address and usage behavior.

(2) The operator of this app and the responsible party within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter: GDPR) is:

(3) If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (e.g. your e-mail address, your name and your telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to process your request or answer your questions. We delete the resulting data as soon as further storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are legal obligations to retain data.

§2 Your Rights

(1) You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Right to request information,
Right to rectification or erasure,
Right to restriction of processing,
Right to object to processing,
Right to data portability.

(2) Furthermore, you have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data.

§3 Collection of Personal Data When Using the App

(1) When downloading the app, the required information is transferred to the respective app store, i.e. in particular username, email address and customer number of your account, time of download, payment information and the individual device identification number. We have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. We process the data only insofar as it is necessary for downloading the app to your end device.

(2) The app itself does not collect or process any personal data beyond this.

(3) The app does not use any third-party tools or services for data collection:

No third-party analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) are used.
No third-party advertising is shown and no ad network is integrated.
No user or device data is shared with third parties.
Beyond the data collection caused by the app store itself as described in §3(1), the app does not collect any further user or device data.

The app can be used without access to the internet after installation.

(4) At some points in the app, we link to our website, this privacy policy, or the respective app store. An existing internet connection is required to visit the linked pages. In the case of merely informational use of the website, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we automatically collect only those personal data that your browser transmits to our server. For more information, please refer to the privacy policy of our website. Because the app may also be directed at children, every link that leaves the app is protected by a "parental gate" (entry of the user's birth year) so that only an adult can open these links.

(5) The app may offer the option for in-app purchases. If you use this option, further communication with the respective platform provider and thus access to the internet is required. In the process, the platform provider collects data over which we have no control and for which we are not responsible. Access to any in-app purchases is likewise protected by the parental gate described above.

§4 Children's Privacy

(1) The app may also be directed at children and may be listed in the "Kids" category of the respective app store.

(2) We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children beyond what is described in §3. In particular, the app itself does not collect, store, or share any personal data of children.

(3) Parents and legal guardians have the right to

request information about whether, and if so what, data has been collected in connection with their child's use of the app,
request deletion of that data,
revoke any consent previously given for data collection,
refuse further collection or use of their child's data.

(4) Should we determine that personal data of a child was collected without the required parental consent, we will delete that data without undue delay.
